Leslie Segal has been grooming since 1995 and worked as a Veterinary Technician for approximately three years. She was trained by her mother at the age of 23 that was a Professional Dog Groomer for 40yrs and is a Professional Dog Show Handler of over 40yrs. Leslie was at her 1st dog show at 6 months old and at the age of 10 she helped in the Salon bathing dogs, cleaning, and loving on all the furbabies and was going to dog shows every weekend until she was 15yrs old. In the fall of 2004, Leslie opened Pet Palace Grooming & Boarding to offer her expertise to the people of Loudon and West Knox County. She sold her business & home and decide to move to Monroe Co and met her now husband Adam Segal! They decide that Monroe Co needed an upscale grooming salon with Leslie's loving, caring, and skill in grooming and they opened Poochie Pawlor Dog Grooming in the winter of 2014! 

Lauren Russell is the Grooming Salon Manager! She was introduced to grooming in 2018 and has been grooming for 6 years in the Maryville & Madisonville Tn area. She is married to Brent Russell and has a daughter, Laniey! They also have 2 labs and a cat that is part of their family! She enjoys working with all dog breeds, but especially Doodles,St.Poodles, and dogs that get a breed clip! Making sure your high energy and older dogs are happy and comfortable is what she aims for. When she is not grooming, her family enjoys camping in their RV with their family that includes their fury family too! She tells everyone being able to wake up and work with dogs, every day is a blessing. 

Robin Purdot has been a groomer for 2 1/2yrs, she started in 2020! She was trained by Leslie Segal, and was excited and eager to be an apprentice groomer at The Pawlor until her training was completed!She is a very caring, loving, and patient groomer. She loves grooming senoir pets and is always up  for tackling some of the furbabies that may not be so excited to be groomed! Robin has a daughter in High School at Sequoyah! Robin enjoys going to her daughters volleyball games, lake days, hiking, and spending time with friends & family! Robin has 5 dogs and 2 cats she loves dearly! She has a soft heart for all the furbabies and loves making your Pooch Pawtastic! 

Donna Duncan is our Receptionist! She will be the one to answer your calls, check your Pooch in and out! She has worked in customer service and has been secretary for many year! She is amazing and has a big heart and kind soul! She would do anything for human or pet! She is married to Johnny Duncan and they have a teenage daughter! She has a yorkie and a chihuahua that they all love very much! She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, cooking, camping, church, and helping out with anything on the farm!

Harley Segal is owned by Adam & Leslie Segal! He is an AKC Champion. He comes to work/The Pawlor everyday with his mommy! He has his own desinated area in his x-pen that he hangs out all day with us girls! He enjoys cookies, car rides, lots of cuddles, kisses,naps, and playing with all his toys! He is 11 years old. He loves all the dogs and all the girls at the salon! He has the most kindest soul and his eyes will melt your heart! He might look tough but he is nothing but a big teddy bear!
